Why I Keep Encouraging People to Start Businesses, Especially Women?

There is one question I have been asked many times.

Why do you keep encouraging people to start businesses?

And why are you building a community around it?

The answer has very little to do with business.

It has everything to do with my family.

A Story Many People Don’t Know

Many people don’t know much about my family background.

I have been fortunate in one way.

My grandfather left behind prosperity that gave our family a foundation. I will always be grateful to him for that.

But having a foundation and building upon it are two very different things.

My Father’s Dream

My father is a very ambitious man.

Like many entrepreneurs, he dreamed of building something of his own.

But ambition alone is not enough.

Without the right guidance, mentors, or support, building a stable business becomes incredibly difficult.

He made mistakes.

Some decisions worked.

Many did not.

Over time, our family’s financial condition became weaker.

Today, I don’t look at those years as failure.

I look at them as education.

The Woman Who Stepped Forward

When times became difficult, my mother did something that changed my understanding of responsibility forever.

She started teaching at a school.

Not because it was her dream.

But because her family needed her.

She chose responsibility over comfort.

She stood beside my father during one of the hardest periods of our lives.

Growing up, I watched what true strength looks like.

Sometimes, strength doesn’t make noise.

Sometimes, it simply shows up every single day.

What My Parents Taught Me

I owe both of my parents more than I can ever repay.

My mother taught me courage.

She showed me that when life becomes difficult, you don’t complain.

You step forward.

My father taught me resilience.

Despite every hardship, he protected the prosperity my grandfather had built for our family.

That responsibility is something I deeply respect.

Then Came My Own Journey

Years later, I started building my own ventures.

And I made mistakes too.

Many of them.

Some expensive.

Some painful.

Some that only entrepreneurs truly understand.

But every mistake taught me something.

One lesson stood above everything else.

Building a business becomes much harder when you try to do it alone.

Why This Community Exists

That realization became the foundation of something bigger.

My team and I are building a community.

Not another networking group.

Not another place where people only promote themselves.

We want to build a place where people genuinely help one another.

Where founders share their failures.

Where experienced people guide beginners.

Where asking questions is encouraged.

Where success is celebrated together.

Why I Especially Encourage Women

People often ask why I speak so much about encouraging women to build businesses.

The answer is simple.

Because I saw my mother become the backbone of our family when life demanded it.

I have seen firsthand the strength, resilience, and leadership women carry.

Sometimes all they need is an opportunity and the right support system.

If more women build businesses, more families become financially stronger.

More children grow up seeing courage.

And more communities become independent.

Who This Community Is For

The community will be completely free.

But it won’t be open to everyone.

We’re not trying to build the biggest community.

We’re trying to build the right one.
